This amazing property is located in the heart of Sea Point was purchased but our client to be completely gutted and prepped for a full refurbishment. We were involved all the way through process; from initial concepts and layout development together with the clients architect straight through to the last accessory.

The client wanted a space that was very modern and classic with bold pattern throughout. They didn't want to introduce colour into the space but instead play with neutral tones and striking grey and black features.
